Instructions for 2010 Palmetto Gold Gala

For Award & Scholarship Recipients

 

 

Congratulations!  We are very pleased and honored to have you as our guest at the 2010 Palmetto Gold Gala. Please carefully read the instructions below to make your evening more enjoyable.

 

· Please see driving directions to Seawell’s on the reverse side.  For more information regarding Seawell’s, you may visit their website at www.seawellscatering.com.

 

· Plan to arrive at 6 PM for the reception.  Dinner will be served at 7 PM. The program will follow and should be over around 9 PM. 

 

· A photographer will be available for pictures. 

 

· If you would like to rehearse, please be at the dining room doors in the middle of the front hallway at 6:15 PM.

 

· After dinner, an announcement will be made for the honorees to prepare for their awards.  Please proceed to the lobby area behind the stage.  There will be someone there to assist you when it is time to line up for receiving your award.  When your name is announced, you will proceed across the stage to receive your award. You may then return to your seat.

 

· The floral centerpieces on each table are gifts for the honorees.  Please take the one on your table.  If more than one honoree is seated at your table, please see a Steering Committee member or go to the registration desk to receive your flowers.
